Best of the bests. Does the job easily. You can either squeeze the bottle or open the valve, by pressing the knob. Great product - much better than the NeilMed bottle.

The irrigation bottle works well for me, but took off one star because my sinuses react badly to their saline solution. I do it the old fashioned way with non-iodised sea salt and distilled water. I bring water to a boil, add just a tad of seasalt (mix well), then let it cool all the way down to tepid before rinse. Works like a charm for me.

I'm very pleased with this item as it's really easy to use and I love the fact that you are in complete control of the water going into your nostril because it has a button underneath that acts as a valve. When you press it the water is released and when you take your finger off the button the water stops. It also comes with packets of special salt which is pleasant and comfortable to use. Excellent value for money. It certainly cleared my catarrh.

Very easy to use but the stick on thermometer guide is only a guide. You need to test the water in the bottle with a proper thermometer and I'd suggest you dont go higher than the mid green. My nostrils were very sensitive and first attempt was Ouch !

helps clear all the junk out of the nose, the connection is perfectly shaped for it to go deep in the nose.
