The gazebo just got delivered. For 2 old people (70's), we had it out of the double boxing, the nice duffel, and up in the backyard in about 20 minutes. We were so impressed with the design, quality construction, and features that make it so versatile! Some, none, or all of the windows can be opened for a nice breeze.The duffel to carry it has 2 side straps with padded holder, extra hand grips, and a sturdy zipper, just like the tent. The "windows" all have 3 ties for the covers, the pop-out pulls are solid and reinforced, and all zippers are double-stitched. The stakes are thick and have screw ends, and even a cap for the point so it doesn't puncture the small duffel for the stakes and guy-ropes. The screen material is also heavy-duty. Every bit of the gazebo says Quality Workmanship and Thoughtful Design. Highly recommend and money well-spent!

The tent I received looked like it had been a return. I didn’t get to open it until a few days after the limit because of the hurricane coming thru our area. When I opened it was damaged. Amazon refused to replace it so I contacted the manufacturer and sent them pictures of the damage. They saw what I did that it was a manufacture defect. They sent me instructions of what to do next and sent me a replacement that was in perfect condition. They even sent it to me in another state as I was on a trip with our rv and away from home address. Customer service was top notch with the manufacturer. The Tent is a really great design and we love it. We have the 10 ft size for extra camping space. It’s a quality set and comes with everything you need including tent stakes that are heavy duty and tiedown lines also.

The product is great, extremely easy to use, seems sturdy enough. I haven't taken it out yet, but just from putting it up in our backyard it already seems like it is an amazing product, HOWEVER, and this is where the low review comes in, is simply over my frustration of checking their website and not finding any indications of the floorprint being sold separately. On their website, you have to expand all the additional fields in order to see at the very bottom of the field, the mention of this item being sold separately.CTRL + F won't help since it will not recursively search through collapsed fields, so basing every logical thought on the fact the picture CLEARLY shows only the G6 with a floorprint, seeing the price difference, and no other mention of the floor liner not being present, I obviously spent my money on the most expensive Gazebo under the impression this would come with the floor liner vs the others.I was obviously wrong, and extremely dissatisfied with their response as well of basically not giving a F*** that they mislead purchases and it's my own fault that they don't specify in clear letters that this does not have the floor liner.I will obviously purchase the stupid liner, but my frustration remains, and i will bash customer support for their lack of care and willingness to respond with at least a shred of customer care.Anyway, great product, amazing product, ridiculous customer support for a product that is extremely expensive.

Just set it up in my yard so these are first impressions. Seems well made. Went up as easy as advertised. The reviews that I saw on Utube showed an awning or porch set up with poles and guy ropes. My unit has no poles, guy line, or grommets for the poles to fit in. One of the reasons I chose Gazelle over Vevor was because of the awning. The instruction book listed all the parts in the package and those poles were not listed. Me thinks all Gazelle deluxe units are not alike.Just realized g6 deluxe and cool top are different models. I added tabs and grommets. Haven’t tested them yet.

This is a great addition to my campsite, albeit a heavy one. It is extremely well made and easy to setup/take down.I am a 5'0" tall, 49 year old woman & who camps with her dog a majority of the time and have had zero issues setting it up or taking it down alone. It is a little snug to get back into the carrying case but a few extra velcro straps around the folded up gazebo before placing it in the bag make it much easier to pack.When I am too lazy to grab a step stool or stand on a chunk of wood to pop the roof up, I've used a piece of wood with a rag over the end for cushion to push the roof up. It's really not difficult at all.Keep in mind that this is long when broken down - it fits fine in the back of my minivan but it does span the length from the back of the passenger seat to the back gate (the length of a standard piece of plywood).

My wife and I set this up the first time w/o the rain fly in about 90 seconds. The rain fly looks simple to install but we didn't try it out yet. It looks to be made of quality materials and well engineered. The included instructions are well written and easy to follow. I appreciate the fact that this more expensive cool top model comes with all the side panels included. Can't wait to take this up to the Sequoias with us.UPDATE ---- DON'T ASSUME THAT SINCE YOU SET IT UP ONCE, YOU'RE AN EXPERT!!Took it up to the Sequoias and it took close to 2 hours to put it up. The reason??, I assumed I knew what I was doing, didn't look at the instructions and was attempting to erect it upside down. USER ERROR!RE-READ the instructions prior to putting it up the first few times.Put it up in our backyard today and cleaned it up for our next trip. This time we put the rainfly on and it was easy as could be. Also, a big red wine stain on the side panel came out with a little Spray and Wash.
