I don't think the seller offers it. Not many people buy parts for it. You might be able to try a South Indian grocery store for it depending on your location. Or email me lokapster at gmail dot com with your address and I will send you one for free. I have multiples of them. Just trying to help out a puttu lover!

Yes but dont fill water in the below portion. The top comes off and you can put it on top of your cooker and it is safe.
