I’ve bought quite a few plants from this company now and they have all been lovely , this is the second robin tree and it didn’t disappoint, it’s tall, healthy and full with lots of new leaves coming , the only negative here was a slight misunderstanding on the delivery front saying it had been delivered( to my address ) but it hadn’t been delivered to my address as stated but to the delivery depot , however I was able to talk to customer service (which is a bonus these days being able to actually talk to a person ). Who quickly cleared up the issue and the tree was delivered the next day . I look forward to filling my garden this year with more lovely plants from this supplier ! Def would recommend .

This plant is beautiful and really healthy

I was very disappointed with the first Standard Photinia plant I received from this supplier but it was more of a delivery issue rather than the plant itself. The box had been left on my doorstep and was in a really poor condition - the top of the box (where all the foliage would be) was completely caved in - almost looked like it had been punched). The plant itself was a good size but the leaves were bent and broken because of the poor state of the packaging. I contacted the seller and they assured me that they would send a replacement asap. I waited for ten days but no replacement arrived, so I had to contact them again to find out what was happening with my replacement. After a long repetitive phone conversation with a Yougarden CSO, it was agreed that they would make sure a new plant was sent to me. The replacement plant I received was smaller than the previous one, the leaves were in tact (as was the packaging) but I would say that the quality was an average OK rather than great - hence my average three star review.

Excellent service. I ordered Sunday and received on Tuesday. Lovely plant. Exactly as described. Packaged really well. Very pleased will buy from this company again.
