Not in packaging, covered in dirt
The item did not arrive in a box, or sealed, so there is no guarantee it hasn't been used or opened previously. For eye makeup this is very unsanitary. I don't feel comfortable using the product.Secondly, the label stuck to the mascara was drenched in what looked and smelled like hot chocolate. Disgusting and dirty.

Easy to remove.
Great product. I was introduced to this by a friend about a year ago, and have used it ever since.

Did not realise it was waterproof
While the brush is fantastic, I really didn't like the formula. Nowhere does it state that it is waterproof but it is as it is almost impossible to remove with my usual cleansers. Not really worth £15.

This really is a fab mascara. It really makes my lashes look like falsies. It goes on so easily and really stays put. The brush is great because it covers all your lashes making them look fuller. Will definitely order another one.

Se seca demasiado rápido
Es una máscara que está genial. Queda muy bonita y se pueden aplicar nuevas capas a lo largo del día sin que se hagan grumos. Para mí la gran pega es que el contenido del envase se seca muy pronto, al poco uso ya notas que no va tan bien. Una lástima.
