Take these at night and I did see a difference in sleep to begin with. A few weeks in and my sleep has returned to broken so I assume my body has become used to them but still take them for other health benefits

Arrived as one melted and then reset solid block. Impossible to use and not allowed to return it.

Full size 1000mg capsules
I'd hoped these would be small and easy to swallow, as they say they have 300mg fish oil. It turns out they're the full 1000mg size :-(
