Absolutely love this product. My skin has an extra glow and softness. I have been on this for three weeks and my nails are finally starting to grow. Definitely less joint pain and fine lines! Make sure you take it with food and not use it as a meal replacement/proteins. I love this collagen! This is my third time ordering it! It contains so many essential aminos and all the different types of collagen, which to me was the most important aspect. It has great flavor (I like the pomegranate). It dissolves well. I highly recommend it.
