Installation and SetupFirst off, the installation process was straightforward. The fan came with clear instructions and all the necessary mounting hardware. I mounted it on the side of my shed and ran the solar panel to an unobstructed area where it could capture maximum sunlight. The entire setup took less than an hour, which is impressive for such efficiency.Another highlight is the build quality. Made from durable, weather-resistant materials, it withstands the elements well. The design is sleek, which fits nicely on my shed, and its fan blades are designed to maximize airflow with minimal noise. I appreciate that it is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Solar panel is a bit heavy so you need to have a solid bracing. Definitely didn’t want to drill holes through the roof so I’m thinking to hang it off an eave on the shed. Fans both work well. A bit noisy but It’s in a shed so no problem. EDIT. Regarding airflow: Fans appear to be repurposed computer case type fans so not powerful ventilation but for being powered by solar, they move plenty of air for a small shed. If you need more ventilation, get a pair as an intake and a pair as outputs. Great waterproof screw on wire connectors, not the push on ones that can get ruined in the rain. They don’t sell replacement parts so if one fan dies you are stuck to do a warranty or buy a whole set again. Customer service is great. They were very helpful and offered to send me a new complete kit when I asked about spare fans. Definitely recommend this one.

Everything as advertised. Fans are small, and only works in full sun, which is better than nothing. Our chicken coop is too far for electric and I need to invest in a real solar battery set up. This is holding me over for now, blows hot air out if coop. Doesn't cool it much but prevents stuffy heat that can be a death sentence for hens trying to lay. Keeps it bearable. We have little chargeable Desk fans we put in at night to keep air circulating and charge them during the day while these are going. Some improvements for a better future product would be fans a few inches larger and ability to hold a charge. This is why a battery is necessary and hoping more products eventually come with their own, vs bulky batteries that aren't necessary for such a small job.

This item came with everything needed to install. It literally took me 20 minutes. Packaging was great, parts, with spares, clean and nice. Does not move a large volume of air, which was expected, but it will help pull air through the lower coop hatch, up and out of the coop. I am very satisfied.

The media could not be loaded. Installed them this morning & appear to be working great. I have both venting outside but thinking of getting a 2nd set to have one end of shed drawing air in while other end draws the air out. Not sure which would make it less hot inside the shed during our extremely hot AZ Summers.

Ordered 2 sets for chicken coop area. Does work well, even with low sunlight, but not much air circulates through tiny fans.

I have a chicken coop that is almost in the sun all day. I bought these fans to help keep air blowing to keep my chicks from over heating. I was impressed with the specs and that it came with two fans. I was dissapointed to find one of the fans did not work. I wrote an email to the company and they responded that night. They apologized and offered to send me a new one and no need return the defected one. I had the new one within 3 days and works perfect. My lil chickies love it. Used it in an outdoor feral cat house for summer. It been through high temperatures, heavy rain, windy days, and it's still working. Good quality, no internal battery so it works solely off of solar (sunlight). It did help with cooling the house down after making some additional changes to the house to provide shade. I'd say it was go investments.
