Easy to use
We both suffer from Hayfever and sometimes it can be really crazy.Package Content:1x Hayfever Nasal Spray1x LeafletWith the summer come in early this year the hayfever has been really crazy and very irritating. Using is quite simple, simply insert the nozzle in your nose and push the bottle to spray in. It will start its magic in few minutes. It certainly reduces itchy and watery eyes. What I have heard recently is consuming local produce honey is good for hayfever since the production of the honey is from the local pollination it can help in controlling hayfever. I haven't tried it myself but i have heard about it. Would be very happy to hear if anyone here have tried that before and its effect. We generally buy over the counter but this year since the lockdown with limited movement and travel restrictions ordered this online for the first time.Quite happy with the quick delivery, surely i am going to order this online whenever possible.NOTE: this product is for Adults only.

Updated review: First might have been a bad batch, second worked ok
EDIT - UPDATED REVIEWI’m updating my review because I bought another spray when my allergies were particularly bad. This new one does indeed work. It’s really helped with my sinuses and eyes, to the point I can actually breathe through my nose… always a bonus! My previous spray must have been from a bad batch as it really didn’t do anything. This one however has helped relieve the pain and swelling in my sinuses. I could breathe through my nose just a day later. My eyes also aren’t blistering, or watering as much.So I do recommend this spray, but with caution that there seems to be inconsistencies between them.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I suffer with really bad hay fever which causes inflammation in my sinuses and blistering eyeballs (lovely picture, I know). In the past I've used a Flixonase steroid spray on prescription to reduce that inflammation, but it doesn't contain anything to relieve the hay fever symptoms. After looking up hayfever sprays, this one caught my eye because it contains fluticasone, the same ingredient in the prescription steroid spray, but with added hayfever fighting powers. While on paper this spray should have relieved inflammation and the hayfever symptoms, it didn't seem to do either. It was less effective than the steroid only spray. It didn't help with clearing my sinus or relieving any pressure or pain. It didn't make breathing any easier or make me more comfortable. It just left a lingering smell.I can't say for sure that I didn't receive a bottle from a bad batch, and I'm willing to try it again in the future to see if it makes any difference. I'll update this review should my experience be any different. First impressions though, it's not great for really bad hayfever. The good? It's extremely easy to use, and the lingering smell wasn't an unpleasant one.

Great products - poor driver Customer service.
Hi Amazon- the product is perfect - but the delivery person needs to avoid parking on neighbours or customers drive to avoid arguments with neighbour resulting in me having to politely ask the driver to park at the bottom of my drive and I was then told if have he had to the move van, my parcel would not be delivered. I was taken back by this response. I did not expect such a response and would consider sourcing goods elsewhere if this is the level of Customer Service. Please advise going forward drivers not to park on driveways if not sure to avoid confrontations.

Absolute godsend for allergy sufferers!
Can't believe I didn't find this sooner! I work in an air conditioned office (it's cold with a constant draft) in a plastics factory which for some reason, causes me to have a constant runny nose, watery eyes, drowsiness and sneeze all day long..I'd go through a pack of tissues a day! I had tried all kinds of allergy tablets etc, however nothing would resolve this making my working days so uncomfortable. I saw these and purchased it based on other positive reviews and I am so impressed with the effect it has taken within the first few sprays! It's completely eliminating all my symptoms to the point where I'm not blowing my nose once a work! I feel so much better and healthier. No longer feel like I have a permanent heavy cold. It isn't uncomfortable to spray up your nostrils either, doesn't sting or smell, it just feels like a spray of water. I do this first thing in the morning before leaving the house. So anyone who is full of allergies and has a sensitive nose, purchase this...you really won't regret it!...Only negative...it could be a bigger bottle but the price is good for what you get.

Unlike Others, this needs to be primed every time! This wastes product, and reduces value.
This review is for Pirinase Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray for Adults.I've used Fluticasone nasal spray for many years. I've used the brand name in the USA (Flonase) as well as many generic variants. In all cases the product is the same, and it works for my allergies. In most cases, the bottling and spray is very similar and also works fine. Pirinase is the first one I've tried since moving to the UK. It appears that the spray mechanism is inferior. The problem is that it 'leaks down' over the course of one day, requireing it to be primed every day before use, resulting in wasted spray. I've not had this issue before with any other brand. Normally, with other brands I've used, I find that priming is only needed if it is unused for several days. I'll consider myself lucky to get half the usual number of doses out of this product. Maybe I just got a bad bottle. But I reckon I'll just switch to a different brand. Update: It ran out after much less than half the stated number of doses. I have one bottle left over from the US that I'm using now, when that runs out I'll try Boots brand of Fluticasone spray.
