Life changing
I read some negative reviews on here, so I was preparing myself for disappointment - but it is FANTASTIC for someone like me who finds it impossible to get up.There are a huge number of options, but personally, I have it set to make me do jumping jacks (and no, waving your arm about in bed doesn’t work!) I’ve set mine to vibrate, sound an alarm and then shock, so I have a minute or so if I want to avoid a shock. I have it set at 50% shock and that is plenty. It can’t be turned off either! If it is telling you to do your star jumps/ puzzle etc, you can’t over-ride it on your phone. Sure, you can take it off to stop the electric shocks, but it will still make a noise and vibrate (be careful you don’t set it for the wrong time by mistake!!)There is also an option which means that if it senses that you’ve gone back to bed, it will start again (I think it is about 5 minutes later). The problem with that setting is that if you take it off to have a shower, it thinks you’ve gone back to bed and you have to redo the jumping jacks! It can be set to increase in intensity as time goes on and so that it wakes you up when you’re in a lighter sleep phase.Looking at the negative reviews….:I have an iPhone, so there hasn’t been any software issues, unlike another android user.Yes, the back of the watch obviously needs to make contact with your skin for you to feel the shock/ vibrations, but it just means you have to wear it like a watch, not a bangle. It arrives charged and the battery lasts about 7 days, so I wonder if people who have commented that it “just stopped working after a week” have remembered to charge it?!A big recommendation from me - and I wasn’t expecting it to work - I was just desperate.

It works for me!
Does the trick in waking me up. The only downside is that you cannot have it shock you when you use social media unless you actually press the button. I like as well that it counts my cycling as steps, so I get to show my doctor wildly overestimated numbers.

Actually able to wake up.
I am an extremely heavy sleeper, can sleep hours through alarms going off. While I don't like wearing bands to sleep and it does need to be relatively tight to get the proper shock, I have found it extremely useful so far for waking up on the weekends. My only negative is the price, however since there's no actual competition ( there are a couple, but all the reviews say it's in Chinese only, which unless you understand the language isn't much good). Then high prices are sadly to be expected.

Toy in this price
This product is toy for £119 and it doesn't woorth it. The plastic and grip is made of quite low quality

Good idea, terrible execution
The concept is good but the execution is terrible. I was 100% behind this when I heard about it, and I gave it a good go for 20 days. In those 20 days:18 Times: Had to re-connect the bluetooth to stop the alarm.(Reconnecting the bluetooth is a lengthy process that usually requires you to delete the device from your connected devices)10 Times: Sleep tracking data refused to update6 Times: Attempted to update firmware, only to get stuck for hours1 Time: The app locked up entirely when attempting to turn the alarm off and it just repeatedly fired for 45 mins until I was eventually able to get it to resync.Hardware issues aside, the app is clunky and difficult to use. A lot of the intergrations promised, even on the packaging received, just aren't there. The only caveat is that I was using an Android phone. Apparently it works a lot better on iPhone. Maybe they should just drop android compatiblity as it clearly just doesn't work very well.

Love it!
This wakes me up every time(Update) I made my alarm clock so the watch vibrates, makes a sound and if that's not enough it shocks me, after using the watch for a while it's like my brain doesn't want to get shocked and I always wake up to the first vibrate... amazing.

Worked brilliantly, untill it didnt
Im am extremely heavy sleeper, always have been, this watch felt lifechanging until it stopped working properly a week after the return window closed.. for £130 i would expect it to work longer than a month. It still works but its unreliable, ive woke up late twice this month, thought maybe id forgotten to set it but when i checked it was on

Crap
Worked fine for the first week, as a very heavy sleeper I was happy with it, but after that first week it just stopped working properly, and for the money paid I would expect it to last more than a week, DO NOT BUY
