Pleasantly Surprised
Really pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ocarina. It's just so nice and solid and a ceramic type material where I was assuming something plasticky! None of us are woodwind maestros so couldn't comment on whether it sounds like it should but you can certainly play it and it sounds like an ocarina to me. It is certainly a challenge due to the number of holes, but it was bought more as a decorative peace rather than a musical instrument. Very happy with it.

Song Of Time anyone?
This is so well made I couldn't quite believe the price. Bought for my Zelda loving son who can play the recorder, sort of, (can any ten year old actually play the recorder, in fact can anyone make it not sound terrible?)Found a really cheesy YT video of a guy playing Ed Sheeran's Shape of You on one. What a hero, and something to aim for.Anyway, as I said, it is well made, well finished, and the tone of the notes seems on point. It is not big however, and some might be surprised that it is so diminutive. I have big hands though so I'm sure most people, especially children, will be fine.Came in a nice box with some instructions and tutorials to get you started, but really, I wish I had bought one of those hand style holders for it so as to have it on display, but hey ho.

It's alright!
Good for a first ocarina, it struggles to play higher notes...However!! There is a way around this! When playing it, instead of blowing in, try starting your blows by saying "two", you'll be able to force the high notes to actually play very nicely as well as adding a sharpness to your playing!I would advise going to an official maker next time you buy one- prepare to pay far more for a proper one though!

Looks good, sounds terrible.
Great ornament for zelda fans, not so great if hoping to play. Sounds very airy and lacking in tone when playing. Does make noise, just not exactly in tune.

Beautiful quality instrument.
This was a gift for my son's 11th Birthday. He's a huge Zelda fan and was really impressed. The music booklet enclosed really helped him to play tunes easily.Beautiful quality instrument, very well presented. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Either as very starter ocarina or decorative piece.
I was sceptical of buying this but worked out well, sound quality matchs its price so I'm not complaining. It looks beautiful and sits well with my Legend of Zelda Collection, would recommend to others for either a very starter ocarina to learn or as a decorative piece.

The horn
My nephew loved it! He had one prior but it was accidentally broken, so I bought him this one. He said this was a lot nicer than the one I had because it fits in my hands . In other words it’s perfect!

Bello

Parfait !
