Fabulous!!!
This is the best heating pad I have ever had the pleasure of owning! It is super-soft, and HUGE...so that it fits everybody...from the big to the small, the short to the tall! You can use it anywhere on your body...and are safe in the knowledge even if you fall asleep the device will turn itself off for you after you have drifted into a peaceful slumber. It helps people with all kinds of pain and being disabled I use it very often. I recommend ANYBODY who is getting ready to have a baby, who works out regularly, who suffers from arthritis or back/neck pain...who does gardening or any other muscle-tiring activity....to always have this in a drawer of your house ready to use. It is a GODSEND...and I love it and recommend it to everybody I know!

great product to start with but sadly think the therostat has broken. It suddenly stopped working
I have had Beurer heat pads because I suffer with chronic pain as I have MS, this heat pad is very soft and normally the heat pad is plastic and doesn't last with the product going hot and cold the plastic normally crinkles and gets sharp, this will not do that. I bought the larger type because I thought bit longer would be better but really the normal size would of been ok. Its a little too big. The only thing I have found which will be a problem for me is the soft pillow case like sleeve which zips up, but does not have a pull cord on it, with the pain in my hands I could not zip it up I had to ask my daughter to do it for me. I have asked her to look at it and see if their is anyway of putting something on the zip to make it easier for me. I can see they maybe thought a metal zip would dig in possibly or you could leave it open I suppose but that would defeat the jip.( its a zip without the pull thing) hope this makes sense

nice and warm
i use this for to heat my bamboo sticks for massage, only thing i would is, if you are using it for this reason as well i am now buying a 2nd one as it doesn't fold over the sticks without leaving the ends out so i am going to use one on the bottom and one on the top.

Super blanket with only one small drawback.
Super heated pad with a generous size. Well constructed pad with sections to keep the wiring in separate channels, thereby avoiding any chance of short circuiting. Also, unlike many pads on the market, this is NOT plastic covered, but a soft almost fleecy type material. It also has the safety feature of a 90 minute automatic timer meaning it cannot be left on permanently at any of te six temperature settings.The only downside, which is why I have dropped 1 star from the rating is that the washable cover supplied does not have a pull tab on the zipper, making it difficult for people with manual dexterity problems like myself. It can also detach from both sides if pulled back too far when taking the blanket out of the cover, so the way I have found around this ( after sending 1 back because of this problem ) is to sew a few stitches across the zipper about half an inch from the fully opened position and this seems to solve the problem.

Not the best heating pad I've ever used. I was looking for one a little larger, which it is, but it doesn't heat up evenly, and the edging around the pad came undone the first time I used it. Would not buy this pad again.

Does the job
Good quality although expensive. Does the job well, only wish there was a 24 h setting rather than switching off after 1.45 h. Never have used this above setting 4 (mid range) for back pain.

for the first month this product was fantastic very soft and warmed up very well then in less than a month it stopped working. had to return to amazon. i seem to think someone else has had this problem

I love it ...
But as soon as the pad is switched off or the timer ends, and the pad gets cold, the discomfort returns to my back. I am not comfortable leaving it on for hours and hours. However, its a good buy. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The control is easy to use. Great to sit and relax with, I enjoy the luxury of sitting with this behind my back and feel the warmth doing the soothing. Fast service also.
