This is my second clipboard like this one, first one lasted a few years, before it broke.Keeps my patients paperwork protected , handy and secure without being bulky inside my scrub pant pocket.I love the purple color and definitely recommend purchasing.

Very useful for documenting as a nursing student. Just wish it was a little smaller to fit in the pocket better. It sticks out of the pocket a lot and I feel that if it was a different material it would be less heavy. Thankfully I have a scrub pant that has a big enough side pocket for it but this might not work for everyone. Overall it is great though and very handy. I keep my pen clipped to my badge and this is all I need for my shift to keep my papers and notes with me. I love the mint color too it is very cute.

Holds papers really well. Fits in side pocket of nursing scrub bottoms. When you unfold to write on it... NO INDENT SPACES. I can write without worrying where it folds and it's VERY sturdy. Cannot rec enough

This is a good folding clipboard. It's aluminum and coated with a nice finish. the writing surface is smooth and does what a traditional clipboard does. I have had the bi-fold clipboards and I like them too, but they are bigger in the scrub pocket than the tri-fold one. This tri-fold clipboard fits well in the scrub pocket, and can easily fit in the rear pocket of a set of jeans.I use this for work, but I could also use it while coaching soccer, managing my rosters and starting formations.one thing to note; it is a little looser than the bi-fold clipboard. the bi-fold clipboard will stay 1/2 opened if ou do not open it all the way. the tri-fold one is looser and will open all the way with minimal effort. just something to be aware of. This in no way impacts the use or performance of the clipboard.hope this review helps you decide. For me, I find the tri-fold preferable over the bi-fold, cause I'm able to stow it in more places, due to the smaller folded overall size.
