What's the different of colour A and colour DESIGN 1?

No difference but A is much more expensive than Design 1!

Do you suggest it for home printers?

I use 80gm paper for all general use printing --- if you want to use it for letters 100gm gives a better impression. Star Office Value 80gm paper is excellent. I use an Epson XP-750 printer.

Are they 4 holes punched ?

No, it's just plain white A4 sized printer paper - no pre-cut holes.

I just wonder that the price of the A4 paper, Is Â£19.20 for 5 packs or just 1 pack?
