This beverage server has been a great addition to my entertaining kitchenware! The spout assembly is easy to install and uninstall after use. It is made of actual metal and functions without fail and, more importantly, without dripping. Also, the glass has a very attractive design!

Solid and good quality! The bottle is beautiful and made of thick glass and the tap is made of excellent, strong and heavy stainless steel. It's easy to put together and looks like it could last a long time. We are using it today for the first time and so far it has not leaked. I am happy with the purchase and I think it is an excellent investment

There was a little leaking at first, but that was just me not getting the spigot on tight. I was a little intimidated to tighten it down too far as there was a slight crunching sound I thought was things breaking. Once tight, it holds great. The lid could use a few more threads. I can now see why some people complained about the lid getting stuck. Since it only has a few turns, any slight tilt can make it not screw on properly.

Really cool looking pitcher, thick glass and metal. Great size! I didn't want a very big pitcher, as I'll be using it for Margarita's, and this has the perfect size! It came nicely packed and was a breeze to assemble. I filled it up with water and left it overnight on kitchen paper and.... zero leaks! Highly recommended.

Looks nice, but unfortunately it didn’t come with the gaskets, only the container, spout, 2 O Rings and nut. Without the gaskets the spout isn’t able to be tightened due to the threads stopping before the nut can be tightened enough to connect with the o rings. You would think they would double check that the gaskets are included with this liquid dispensing device, or the websites customer service chat feature actually worked, but apparently not.Buy from another company and don’t waste your time with this one.

Product is good but the issue with the lid is real. I read that in the review before buying . Can not open or close the lid easily or even with the intentional trial. I have kept the lid upside down just to cover the jar . Overall glass quality is good so I am keeping it but the lid is an issue. They should make the lid grooves smooth .

I make raspberry infused tea in mine. Works great. It has a filtered spout so no particals can get stuck in the spout. The spout doesn't leak. Makes great tea! I bought it for the infuser. It fits nicely in the jar. I have washed it in the upper rack of my dishwasher a few times, with no issues. Jar fits on lower rack with no issues. Makes a gallon of tea.

The media could not be loaded. Very pleased with this dispenser and the quality. I didn't want to go with just the reviews because I had a feeling they did something wrong. Tested it with tap water, it's well sealed and there's no leakage. Its just about placing the gaskets on properly which doesn't take a genius to do. You don't need tools, you just hand tighten the bolt with ease. I was afraid the spigot would be plastic but I took a chance and I'm pleased at the weight and quality of the solid metal hardware. The price is great and its a perfect size for me 1 gallon. I didn't want something that'll take up too much space in the fridge. What's nice about the infusers if you choose to use them, is that you can easily pull them out in case you want to add fresh fruit or replace or add water. One has holes and the other is solid. They can be stacked together or used separately. Im guessing the solid one is for ice or if you use something you dont necessarily want touching the water. The other one has small openings for fruit or whatever you want to infuse your water with. You can also just have the fruit in there with the two stacked infusers and remove the solid one whenever you're ready to infuse in case you're preparing it but don't want to do it right away. Anyway, that's my review I'm happy with it.
