Love this flour. So much better than the flour you can buy at the grocery store. I use it to make german bread (Bauernbrot).

I am happy with it.. The picture looks.Bigger. It is pretty small and I need more So I guess I have to purchase more for what I want to make. And the expiration date is June 2025.That is not right.I just got it today's day is.May eighteen twenty twenty five

No gluten reaction!
I am gluten intolerant but I can eat this & not get the rash on my elbows that America wheat flour gives me.

Beautiful product - different processing than American wheat
So good! You just might be in France. Wonderful to work with. The texture is amazing. And my daughter who cannot tolerate American wheat can eat this!

Arrived safe and within date
I haven't used this flour yet, I will update if there is anything to ay about it. But I can say I'm relieved to say they arrived safely, within expiration (albeit it's only a 4 month window, but I'll be sure to use it). And there are no signs of bugs or mold. I took 1 star off for the short expiration window.Flour imported from Europe and sitting on a shelf in a warehouse has the potential to arrived in unfavorable conditions, as seen in other reviewers pictures and reviews. I live in Arizona,USA and my 2 bags appear in good condition. I opened them and transferred them to a different container.

Uniformly excellent.
I really don't write that many reviews on Amazon but for this flour I will. It's excellent and makes for some wonderful baked good. Incredibly it doesn't trigger my Gluten sensitivities. I can't recommend it enough.

Pesticide free
Great flour! I will only eat American flour!! But it's not the gluten you are having sensitivities to it is the poison(pesticide) in American flour!!! You have been lied to!

Gluten Intolerant Friendly Flour
I've not been able to eat anything with gluten for 8 years without awful side effects. I'd read that gluten intolerant Americans had no issues eating regular food in Europe due to European laws restricting certain chemicals very commonly used in the US. I bought a sack of this French flour, made a loaf of bread, and ate the entire thing without any problems at all!! This has completely changed my world. I am rediscovering my joy in cooking and baking. So many favorite foods that I had given up on, I am once again able to enjoy. Some might balk at the cost, but gluten free flours are about as expensive and the baking outcomes are rarely very good or easy to execute. I highly recommend this flour!
