Electric Spice Grinder with 304 Stainless Steel Blades, Removable Bowls, 350W Motor Coffee Bean Machine with Spoon Brush for Beans, Nuts, Pepper, Beige

There are so many grinders, blenders and food processors to choose from that I wasn't at all sure at first that I had ordered the right one. It SEEMED to have all the features I needed - powerful motor, wet as well as dry grinding capabilities, detachable blending cup and at a reasonable price. I was right - it's an effective, reliable product and answers my needs. Although the detachable cup makes it easier to clean, one still has to work around the blades and that isn't easy. But I don't know of any competing product that wouldn't pose the same problem. Detachable blades would be one way of doing it but since nobody seems to have done it, I assume it's technologically impossible.I would also like to emphasize that the manufacturers provide SUPERB customer service. This so unusual nowadays that I would urge everybody to support the company if they can. The online world is so full of terrible businesses that it's essential to identify and support the few good ones.

Very usefull

It is a decent grinder. Works well after one day. I have been using it to grind walnuts and it was easy peasy. The motor seems nice and strong. I like it. You also get a brush with it. Unfortunately, the bristles have fallen out already. I like the P position of the controller knob.

After my previous grinder died on me after less than a year, possibly due to an undersized motor, possibly to my cleaning the integrated bowl and some liquid getting into it, I looked for a model where I could clean the bowl separately. To me this is a must-have feature of grinders, unless you only use it for one ingredient (e.g. coffee beans) and never intend to clean it.This product fitted the bill perfectly, with a decent-sized motor power. I tested it with tahini (with a lemon juice and 1 tbs olive oil), dried rosemary from the garden and toasted spices for a garam masala. Results were perfect in all three cases, and I could clear the bowl easily between each. Very happy with this product. And with the detachable bowl, and more powerful motor, this grinder has a far better chance of lasting longer than my previous grinder.

During initial use under normal load, and less than 18 days after purchase, it stopped working properly. Although the motor still turns, the blades do not. Upon inspection, I discovered that the internal spline coupler connecting the motor shaft to the blade is made of plastic, and it's already worn out (photos attached).Would not recommend unless the manufacturer replaces the faulty part with something more durable.

I liked everything about it, it's sturdiness, it's powerful motor, it's ease of use' it's shape and colour, and it came extremely well packed. As a recently retired Value Improvement Engineer, I know I paid a little bit more than the average price compared to other products but the specifications were so much more (larger motor, stronger rubberized drive gear that won't crack or wear down quickly, stainless steel container with its own see-through inner lid and an external transparent covering cup ensuring nothing will escape during grinding and it let's you see what is happening during operation, central easy to operate control knob) It simply looks good too!

I really love this grinder, and it grinds very well and smoothly i recommend it for anyone who's looking for one to buy.
