More Mandy's: More Recipes We Love Hardcover – September 20, 2022

Love it! Glad it was finally delivered. Shipping was iffy but the cookbook is great.

Daughter bought both of Mandy’s Gourmet Salads recipe books and could not say enough about the flavorful salad combinations. Bought both recipe books for my daughter-in-law, who already loves salads. Even family members NOT excited about salads got excited.

Love this cookbook. Very creative and veg forward recipes. I love that the salad recipes are Fall and Winter friendly. I’m enthusiastic about the soup section. Appreciate the brief introduction to each recipe explaining its history, inspiration and story. The dressings are fabulous, but yes I wish they were scaled down. No regrets. Definitely recommend.

Great companion cookbook to their first book. This book features more recipes you would want to cozy up with from September to April. Salad recipes are fantastic, but it's the soup recipes that has me excited.

Not as good as the first :(

Within the first few pages of the cook book describing salad dressing and how quickly a salad can be ruined etc… authors chose to use a four letter word beginning with an “F” to describe the salad! This is a cookbook not a steamy summer novel! I realize our culture is free w that word but really?? Book returned!

While this book has all the makings of the first book, I'm returning it. There's just not enough in it that interests me. I a lot of the salads are pretty "out there." In addition some salads call for Doritos and Ruffles potato chips which is a big turn off. Not quite up the standards of their amazing first book.
