Easy to make recipes for a salad lover
One of the most beautiful cook books I have seen. It is a feast for the eye and for the tummy. My 5 and half years old girl loves to cook with me. When she saw the pictures, jumping up and down with excitement, she could not decide which recipe should we make first…so she decided we will make “ALL of them now! Right mommy??”Thank you Mandy and Rebecca for creating such a marvelous product.

Well laid out and easy to navigate, despite other comments to the contrary.
Some of the comments about the index and how to navigate this book (and its sequel) made me think a little bit longer about ordering these, but I've bought both and read through them and I'm keeping them.First up, I've found criticisms of the Index to be invalid; if you know the name of the recipe you're looking for, each recipe is listed by name in the Contents at the front of the book, in Chapter, with page number. The Index follows the same format as all the other cookbooks I own - individual ingredients are listed alphabetically, and the recipes in which they appear are listed below them, by title, with page numbers. So if you don't like the Index in the "Mandy's" cookbooks, then you don't like the Index in *any* cookbook.Secondly, yes, the recipes for the salad dressings are listed separately from the recipe for the rest of the salad, in their own chapter, and some dressings do use another dressing recipe as a "base" to which you add more ingredients. This would indeed be bothersome to people who want everything all on one page, but I think it's a space saver, considering that individual dressings are used in multiple salads. It's also less visually intimidating because listing out the full salad recipe as well as the full dressing recipe each time would create a larger "wall of text" and the reader may erroneously draw the conclusion that the recipe is a lot of work or very time consuming to prepare. The "Mandy's" cookbooks are not at all difficult to navigate and are definitely worth a try!

Great recipes, disorganized book
I love the recipes from this book but the book is so disorganized. I went to make the endless summer salad. I had to 1. Shop at multiple grocery stores for the ingredients 2. Prepare marinated tofu 24 hours in advance. 3 page through SIX pages for one recipe. For example, it says make the salad dressing. Well the salad dressing is actually two dressings, on guess what, two more pages. The heck??

Vegetarian Salad lovefest
I own a ton of cookbooks that I never use. This one has so many amazing recipes! It's also an interesting read. While I don't normally read the whole book and just skip straight to the recipes, I took the time to read all of the preamble, and it's actually pretty good. If you're looking to switch up your salad routine, it's a good one!

Buy it
If you’re thinking of buying it, you should. I purchased hoping to REALLY enjoy salads (and not just eat out of necessity). I read this book cover to cover, it is visually pleasing and I love the stories about their friends and families and the recipes origin stories. So far - I’ve made three salads with three different dressing and three different proteins. And I REALLY enjoyed everything so far. Can’t wait to make more!

My husband and I eat salad now at least 4 times a week!
This recipe book is a total game changer for us. We are tired of the usual salads that I have been making so I purchased this one with the hopes of incorporating more raw veggies into our diet. First salad I made was the R&D Extraordinaire Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette. The combination of greens, strawberries, carrots and pita chips is so delicious! I did not care for the balsamic dressing though. It called for too much oil. The next time I made it I decided to use a different recipe and I am very pleased. The Fave Salad is also good but my favorite so far is the Shanghai Salad. Oh my, it’s delicious and so is the dressing! It was so good that I ate it 3 times this week. My husband (not a salad lover) asked for seconds. Like, what?!!Get this book! You won’t regret it!

Really amazing salads, pretty m uch everyone I've tried
All 7 salads I’ve made have been great, and they all look appetizing to me. Like how it’s basic salad, mixed greens recipes. I’ve ordered other salad recipe with hard to find, exotic ingredients, and not dark greens basedAnd this adds grain bowls as well another good lunch or dinner optionEvery recipe so far has been amazing. I really can't say enough things about how good these salads are
