Full Spectrum Aquarium Light, Adjustable Saltwater Freshwater Super Bright Fish Tank Light for Reef, Coral, Planted Nano Aquarium Tank (A-20 Freshwater 16W)

I currently have these lights on a 22 in. tall aquarium. It is all low light plants with no co2 or ferts. The color spectrum looks great, and there is a nice ray effect in the current,but I would say based on light penetration it is better suited to 12-16 in. tanks if you have medium or high light plants.

Lights worked great but it wouldnt fit the type of fish tank i have. I Have a black frame and it wouldnt fit on

I wanted to get a full spectrum light for a 5gal orchidarium, but did not want a purple grow light. Because orchids can be rather particular about lighting, I wanted some control over it. This seemed to be an intriguing option between controlling intensity and having a timer.I am pretty pleased with the light. Even at a pretty low intensity (40%), it is plenty for my little tank. The tank looks good under it, and the orchids seem to be doing well with it.The only downside seems to be that the internal timer is a little off and it can drift. Not the biggest deal - just turn off the light with the remote, turn on, and reset the timing schedule.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this. I'm guessing it'd work wonderfully for a little planted tank.

Ok, so the light is great. However, the remote is garbage. After reading Q&A the sensor for the remote is located in the power supply. I don't know who in their design department thought that was a good idea. They should know that almost everyone is going to have this plugged in inside of a tank stand or behind it. This renders it effectively useless. So now you either have to set your settings and the use a separate timer or smart plug which is beyond dumb. For the price this should be a bare minimum function that is easily provided by any other manufacture.

I got this as a temporary fix, to hold my plants over and keep them alive while I rescaped my planted tanks (my other light is a fluval $$$ but kept getting in the way).The plants in this tank are doing great, as you can see in the back- for this price and size, I couldn’t be more pleased. Just what I needed, and I’m going to hold onto it in case one of my fancier lights goes out one day, or I decide to do a smaller tank.I would even go as far as to recommend it as the main/only light source for low-light plants and critters, because the 20% lighting option is very pleasant and seems to work great for my little betta.

I've used this product for three months. I feel like I've given it a good try. But the light is too blue. I even double checked to make sure I wasn't sent the saltwater version by mistake. The main problem is that I can't run the light for more than 4 hrs on a timer without outrageous algae growth. And even then, the reds don't pop and plants grow kinda scraggly. I would continue to think I was the problem, but I purchased this light to replace the Hygger 24/7 light because I thought it was prettier. Plants grew just fine on that light and I'm thinking about switching back.Edit: As of 11/19, I took down this little 3 gallon and put the light on a terrestrial plant. Wouldn't ya know that the on/off switch no longer works. Very frustrating.

I had to return one lamp already and got 2nd one promptly, I had the same problem, the full spectrum only works for two days, and now it is stuck on one of the four settings.I will not recommend this item unless you want it to function in one setting.Buyer beware!!

I had this aquarium light on my list for months. I don’t know why I took so long to finally budge in buying it! Its AMAZING! It’s made so well and it’s lights up my bettas tank beautifully! I have a great feeling my plants are going to be so much happier now, the light I had before didn’t give off as much light as I needed and this for sure does the job. I was hesitant before mainly because of the price but it’s definitely worth the quality. I’ll be looking into getting two more for my 20g long.
