What's the maximum weight that it can hold?

Not sure off weight capacity although for 8 days I had it totally stuffed

Can you fit a pair of jeans and a shirt in the bag?

Yes there is sufficient space for a pair of clothes. I typically put my dress shoes and my lunch into the bag which is probably the extent of its capacity.

Will it fit a usgi sleep system in it ?

I do not know the size of the usgi sleep system. Check out the volume of the bag you are looking at. I do not have the bag with me now to measure it. It is very large though.

Any funny feelings when riding a road bike with a fully loaded bag ?, Balance issues ?, Other ?

Haven't yet had this bag on my road (gravel) bike...only on my mt bike. That said, its quickly apparent you have more weight up HIGH on the bike (to be fair I also had a handlebar bag and a top-tube bag...so I was carrying about 25 extra pounds total)...when you first start rolling you cant help but notice the extra weight, and how high-centered you now are (as in, a little slip of the front wheel and you would be down before you knew what happened). So its all about being smooth and balance...kind of like on rollers (where one slip can be disaster). Quite honestly it doesn't take long and you can easily forget about how heavy your bike is...you do want to TRY to put your heaviest stuff as low in the bag as possible (I keep my jet-boil down near the very bottom). Its a GREAT BAG, enjoy the ride!
