Zero customer service
Useless don't buy the product. No customer service at all. They only ask for the video and send the defective part but no one visits u to repair it. It only worked for two months after purchase, and for the last six months it is lying in my kitchen occupying space.

Reviewing after using few days. Made dough and whipped cream. Both turned out to be good. The dough was for whole wheat pizza base. It turned out soft and pretty good. Though while making the dough the body was vibrating quite heavily. The cover does not fit properly, with the vibration it separates from its lock. Quite easy to use but.
