A Magical Ice Wizard Trapped in a Box
Let me introduce you to the real MVP of my summer (and surprisingly, winter too): the Inventor Magic 5-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner. I don’t throw around the word “magic” lightly, but this thing earns the title. It’s like a Swiss Army knife of climate control, except it doesn’t fit in your pocket and weighs as much as a small child.Cooling Mode: When this beast kicks on, it’s as if the Arctic Circle has personally extended a frosty handshake into my room. The 12000 BTUs don’t mess around. One minute you’re melting into your sofa, the next you’re Googling if penguins make good pets. It’s that effective.Heating Mode: The heating mode made itself very welcome during a cold snap. It warmed my room faster than my radiator ever could, and without making that sad clunking noise old radiators love to do.Dehumidifier: Works quietly in the background, removing the weird tropical rainforest vibe from my house during muggy days. I didn’t realize how much humidity was draining my energy until this thing started sucking it out of the air like a thirsty vampire.Fan Mode: Admittedly less exciting than the others, but still a solid option when you want airflow without changing the temperature. It’s like the chill cousin of the other modes—low-key but dependable.User Experience: The remote is intuitive, the digital display is clear, and the 24-hour timer is a blessing for scheduling. The three fan speeds give you control without overwhelm, and the whole thing runs surprisingly quietly—no jet engine vibes here. The Only (Minor) Downside: It’s not featherlight, so if you plan to move it between rooms, you’ll get a little workout. But hey, that’s just another feature—built-in step count booster. Plus, the wheels help a lot.Final Verdict: This isn’t just an air conditioner—it’s a year-round comfort companion, a multitasking climate wizard, and quite possibly the best decision I’ve made.

The best air conditioning unit ever !!!!
Ok recently I've been struggling with the hot weather and as I have Asthma the heat deff makes me suffer so I've been looking for an air conditioning unit for a very long time , lost the count of how many machines I've looked at anywhere from £300 up to £700 with me reading all the reviews so on I could never make my mind up so for a blind peace of luck I seen the 12,000 btu inventor magic I liked the look of the machine the reviews were amazing and the price only £355 for a machine with a 12,000 btu capacity I thought it was miss print so read some reviews looked at there website noticed they come with a 2 year guarantee I thought perfect I've finally found my machine . My next thought I'll show my wife I seen it said they had 9 in stock so yes plenty of time to decide so shown my wife and literally in under 10 minutes they were down to last 3 my wife I best hurry up if I wanted one so quickly put one in my basket and paid and glad I did as few minutes later they had sold out and it's still sold out so patiently waited for the delivery which took about a week and the delivery date was scheduled from the 29th May upto 2nd June on morning 29th I got a text your unit is coming today within a 2 hr slot I was so happy as the 29th was another hot day my bedroom.was as hot as the devils put and my dyson showing 32degrees on the digital screen. So at around 2.40pm my delivery pulled up and the driver just dumped it at the doorstep no smile or offer to bring it in but that wasnt going to dampen my impatience I wrestled this huge box into my house luckily my oldest son helped get the machine upstairs at 34kg it was too heavy for me specially as I have a back condition. My wife rearranged the bedroom to get this unit in firstly it's not small but even though it is a big lump it's very pleasing on the eye very well designed and so many buttons on a digital setup. I must say the instructions are not the most clear as the window kit doesnt fit opening casement windows so let's get that out there you will need a universal window kit but that's not an issue so having worked out how the adapters fit as there are 2 you wont need unless the hose is going through a wall where mine isn't also there is some tubing to help you drain the machine but that is more if you are using the heating mode or dehumidifier mode I wasnt all I wanted was a unit to blow out cold air from a refrigerant that's all I wanted so then I unreal the hose wedge it out of my window as a temporary fix until my window kit arrives and then i turned the machine on. First thing i noticed it's so quiet even on high speed its deff quite than the air conditioning units u find in hotel rooms so that's a deff plus then having the remote control to hand i reduced the temperature down to 17 degrees so listened to the fan working and within a few seconds the refrigerator comes to alive like an animal been released from its capture not overly loud just a nice purring sound on the top of the machine when it's on the top cover opens automatically which is a really nice touch and looks very sleek you can also press a button called swing which just makes the opening to open and close slightly anyway back to the unit by then maybe a few short seconds ice cold air comes out of the unit which was amazing super cold just like being in a chiller so as my bedroom was so hot remember I said 32 degrees so I let the unit do its thing and then I just observed watching the temperature gauge plummet maybe within 30 minutes the temperature had reduced down to 25 degrees and within the next hr It reduced down to 19 degrees so now my bedroom was as cold as a freezer with the window having a huge gap due to me not having the right window kit attached I do think this played a part of the temperature not coming down further but even so my bedroom was super cold maybe too cold lol I decided well my wife did to increase the temperature to 23 degrees and we both had the best sleep instead of not being able to sleep cause of the heat so were super happy inventor and this machine is super great and wish I bought one super so my advice would be when they come back instock just buy one dont hesitate like I did as this unit will help you sleep better through the hot days it can dehumidifier the air and even in the winter it can heat the room so its multifunctional as well. My only advice to the manufacturer is improve your instructions and make it clear the window kit dont fit casement windows that's it.

Good for the money, works well.
I like this unit. At almost half the price of the more recognisable brands it’s good value. In my kitchen diner, even when having to cook or use oven it seems to manage to keep the temperature at a steadyish 20degrees Celsius when on auto set at max. So far hottest it’s been out is 26 but I’m quite pleased. In these modern flats it’s just horrible putting up with the heat. last yr before I bought this unit we hit 40degrees in the living room so hopefully this unit will continue to keep us cool.Setup v easy. Unit weighs about 30kg and is bulky so deffo 2 person job to get it indoors.Hose could be longer to reach windows, I had to add some hosing but easy to buy extension kit if you can’t make it fit. I also bought universal window kit on Amazon to make a more airtight seal and does the job despite being bit too large for window. Not looking forward to getting the electricity bill this yr but totally worth it.Remote works fine but don’t find it adds much.It is averagely noisy but actually find it quite pleasant as background noise. For the money deffo recommend. Keeps our moderate size kitchen diner cool.Update, 32 outside and kept it 24 inside. Not bad considering this place is basically a greenhouse and we are creating heat working from home.
