This one is a one-month supply to intake 2 tablets per day. They are in a capsule state and are easy to swallow. It is Vegan safe and Gluten free which makes it suitable for most of the people. No side effects so far and feeling great.

I purchased supplements in September….and noted best before date Sept 24, leaving less than two weeks to use them in recommended time frame. Very disappointing. The supplements were reduced and I now know the reason for this. I won’t risk doing this again.

Great product. Have been buying for a couple of years from Holland & Barrett but has become unavailable for the past 2 months so bought from Amazon. The expiry date is September 24 so pleased I only bought 1 bottle. Hope this isn’t going to be discontinued as I love this product. Only gave 4 stars due to the expiry date where as my last bottle from H&B expired June 2025

Been taking these about 3 to 4 months but not quite sure if they're working. I just don't dare come off them incase they are making a positive difference it's hard to tell.

This is an excellent supplement. High quality ingredients, no adverse side effects and it's definitely helped to regulate my hormones.
