This is my first time trying this brand of black ginger. What attracted me to the product is it is inside of a glass bottle which ensures its freshness and potency. The previous brand I used is more expensive, but effective. This brand has a lower price. It is as potent as the leading brand without taking as many capsules. I would recommend using this product.

Started taking these a couple days ago and started to feel really dizzy recently. I checked my blood pressure and it has elevated from my usual 123/78 to 136/83. Not sure if this is a side effect of Thai Ginseng, but will be decreasing the dose.

It's too soon to say, I've been taking it for 8 days and I've seen no results.

Be careful with this supplement. It's much stronger than other brands and you might want to take just half a capsule per day.
