I add 1 caplet of Resveratrol with my morning protein drink or bottle water for a little flavor and this helps my blood flow during that workout or morning walk or Assault Bike Work . ( I add 2 caplets to my drink for the Assault Bike workout) Get your primary doctors permission 1st

I use this product with a S7 product as an addition . It seems work well . It is a pre workout routine with a Beet root / gingerBCAA and glutamine I make ( rather than the overpriced chemical hype ) and drink it while training. Works great

But… why this is sooo expensive???Some Supplements are getting unaccessible for people who don’t make enough money for it. This is sad 😢
