China, I suppose; didn't really check but I'm almost sure it's from China. Almost everything around us is from China, which I don't mind really. Afterall, their products can be innovative and aesthetically pleasing. For me as long as I don't put it inside my mouth, China products are fine. I chose this one due to its design where you can stack one side of the bucket on top of the other when not in use. Also, material is of good quality plastic, and there's a holder to move the bucket around, long enough that you don't have to crouch down so as not spill the water (when dragging the bucket).
