Got this 1 month ppt and it’s really helped strengthen my muscles.I had their pricier on for my first and it broke drying transit but I this this one is studier and works very well at a more friendly price

I had to return this item because the power pack was faulty. It failed to hold enough power to complete more than one program and stopped intermittently during a 30 min program. Ill be ordering the previous model (Abs 5) which works well when the refund is complete

I liked the ease of use and found that after 1 week of use, it reduced my waist size considerably and started to firm up my stomach muscles.

This is the second one if these that I have owned in the last 30yrs and it appears to be equally as good

Expect to have to buy extender straps if you are medium build or larger, the belt out of the box is very short.
