How do you mount to a 2 bolt in line front to back screw mount - not side by side screw holes?

Q: What is the difference between the 1 speed and 2 speed? I'm replacing the winch on my jet ski trailer. Is one better than the other for this purpose

You would only need a 1 Speed. 1 Speed is for smaller boats and jet skis. I would not consider 2 speed unless you have a 21 foot boat or larger.

Q: 2 Questions. #1 how wide is the existing strap? #2 how easy is the strap to change out?

Approximately 2” wide but why would you want to replace a perfectly good strap?
