Very rich dark cocoa - excellent!
This is the best cocoa I've every used. I use it for 3-ingredient chocolate ice cream (recipe on YouTube) and can't wait to make brownies with it (recipe on the bag).

DARKER & MORE CHOCOLATE-Y THAN OTHER OTHER BRANDS I'VE TRIED
THE US DOES NOT PRODUCE COCOA. THE PRICES HAVE BEEN GOING UP. YOU MAY WANT TO STOCK UP. (Vanilla has gone up significantly, too.)This cocoa is darker and more intense than the usual (Hershey) stuff. Most recently, I used this to make mocha ice cream. It's killer...possibly literally!I've been making mocha lattés at home. I've tried a couple of different unsweetened cocoa products. This is the best I've tried. It is darker in appearance and much more chocolate-y. To make the latté, heat some milk, add a little sugar and a couple tablespoons of the cocoa. Mix together. I got a mini whisk to make this easier. Add hot coffee--about 50% coffee and 50% hot milk. Top with whipped cream. (I used canned low-fat for this part.)

Very good chocolate powder
I use this as a substitute for Hersheys dark chocolate although you can go to the KAF website for their instructions on how to use this powder. I had had no issues with the 1:1 swap.

Delicious and great color
Love this. Incredibly dark... makes your cake nearly black.

Good but Valhrona is better.
I purchased King Arthur Double Dark to try as a sub for Valrhona cocoa powder. I regularly use it in hot cocoa and chocolate smoothies, and less frequently, in baked goods. KADD isn't as finely ground as Valhrona, and it creates slight granularity in drinks. Also its flavour isn't as rich as Valrhona, and I detect a mild bitterness. Perhaps, the differences in texture and flavour result from KADD mixing dutched and black cocoa powders, while Valrhona is purely Dutch-processed. KADD surpasses most supermarket cocoa powder in quality, but falls short of Valrhona. I recommend it, but for baking only.
