Amazing dark cocoa powder
I bought this to replace the Hershey’s special dark cocoa in an icing recipe. This cocoa has a great color and flavor. It smells amazing and doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste with most dark cocoas. Very nice quality and I have already bought more. Same price here as on the sling Arthur website. Use it just like regular cocoa for a rich dark chocolate taste. Would highly recommend.

Great Taste and Color
Great product. It tastes very good. It's similar to Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder which seems to be impossible to find now. It tastes almost exact with the only difference being that it is a little bit darker. I purchased this as a substitute to Hershey's Special Dark powder and possibly found my new go-to.

New go-to cocoa powder
I’ve been looking for the best cocoa powder since moving to the US 10 years ago! The Hersheys special dark sufficed for years but since that option is no more the search resumes and I can say this is hands down the best cocoa powder I’ve used in a hot chocolate, home made ice cream, cake fudge/icing and a Brazilian favorite: brigadeiro (it’s like a fudge, but better!)

Great Flavor & Color
This has been a fun purchase! Great flavor. I usually don't bake, but have been finding uses for this cocoa powder for the family. Makes a smooth and tasty hot chocolate as well. I usually buy a couple of expensive brands from gourmet shops for Christmas baking and this ranks up there with the others. Plus it's a large size.

Great Chocolate Taste
Like all of the King Arthur products I have used, this dark chocolate powder is rich in chocolate flavor and delicious. Some dark chocolate cocoa is on the bitter side. This is just rich and smooth. I mix it with regular cocoa in my afternoon protein shakes, and I have also added some to brownies to make them even richer in taste. This chocolate is great raw and cooked. I highly recommend this product.

As advertised. Dark chocolate.
Compared to Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate cocoa, this is darker. It makes a good brownie, but my personal preference is the Hershey's.
