I needed to add a probiotic to my regime so I gave this one a try. I usually have difficulty as they cause some discomfort while you get used to them. I managed to get that period more easily with one and I actually less stomach issues now. So for me this is a great product and I am glad I found it. It seems to be a quality product with limited ingredients.

Thanks to fortunate timing, I was able to get a Nutritionist's opinion of this probiotic supplement. The significant other has her friend visiting today, when this arrived. She's a practicing Nutritionist (yeah, I made the joke asking how long she has to practice before she's an expert, haha), and we both value her expertise.She examined the contents, and said she likes the addition of prebiotics. Then went into some detail, how people often concentrate on probiotics, but not realize the import of adequate ingestion of prebiotics. She remarked that this supplement offered decent probiotics. Although, she prefers more diversity and quantity for the probiotic component.The psyllium, 70mg, is a nice fiber ingredient, noting that the average person's fiber consumption is woefully deficient. And, that it's essential for gut health, digestive systems, helps maintain/manage weight and blood sugar/cholesterol. So, any additional fiber (psyllium) is a positive aspect. (Hearing this, I'm thankful that I add psyllium powder to coffee, oatmeal and baked goods. When I mentioned this, I got a pat on the head. haha)I do want to note that the product label displays certification, badge for GMP. Good Manufacturing Practices indicates attention to quality control, assurance during manufacturing/processing of the supplement. This checks off an important box.She thought it was a very credible supplement. So, based on her comments and the product being Vegan Friendly, GMO-Free, Gluten-Friendly, Made In USA and GMP, it receives a 4.5 star rating.

We all need different things and trial and error and patience is the only way to decide what’s best for you. This is a unique blend, but more costly too. Maybe it’s the right one for you or maybe you only need something more basic. Your diet also matters, so try a few and see what makes you feel best.

I think this probiotic is good quality. It contains added tumeric, which I've heard is a powerful anti-inflammatory and very beneficial to your gut and body as a whole. I think these are worth it. It contains a 30-day supply and is a nice pre/probiotic supplement.
