Q: I purchased on June 22, 2022. The feeder trays are warped that cage doors will not open wide. Is there a way to replace feeder trays?

Replacements are available but the feeder trays do have an arch to support the weight of the feed in the trays. They typically settle down when filled. Please contact us at (800) 511-1369 Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm ET. We will replace any defective parts. We are happy to help.

Q: How do I order with the correct flooring? I don’t see that as an option.

Q: The last cage is to low do you have a way to raise the bottom cage about one foot

Stackable brooders, grow-out pens, and breeding cages have been perfected over the last 30 years. Poultry scientists have worked vigorously to provide you with the most sanitary, stackable units around. The unit is designed with a low center of gravity for stability and mobility. We recommend placing on a bench or solid surface to raise it off the floor.

Q: Will this cage support the production of jumbo coturnix quail? and will the eggs fit through the opening? i understand jumbo birds eggs are larger.

Jumbo quail eggs will fit through the opening. We recommend swapping out the quail cage (BYK) floors with our partridge (KYK) series flooring which have larger holes that support larger jumbo quail droppings.
