Q: Does this need heat shields? I didn’t get any and don’t have original door

The shields are mostly to keep bugs and stuff out. But you can order them from Amazon in a three pack. They are not a whole lot but you might have to trim them to fit. Hope this helps you out

That's the size of mine and I haven't found a door to fit. They tell me that size is an old style and to get the new doors to fit you have to cut the hole bigger

I measured my opening because I didn't have a door. It flew off going down the road. I know the new ones are like 22 × 14 or something and I didn't want to mess up the side of the camper trying to cut the hole bigger
