Will the container and plates fit comfortably in a dishwasher?

This Idli maker is very good. It makes iddly very easy and nice shape. It fits in dish washer also.But I dont think it is nessessary to put in the dishwasher. I wash it only hand wash. Looks always new.

Do the small screws holding the handles of the plates get rusty after cooking?

My Panca idli makers crews on the handles are not getting rusty .

Does the product get rusty after use? Asking because we bought a similar one that was advertised as stainless steel, but it got rusty after one use.
