Bike rack is excellent. EAsy to assemble and also very easy to fold.

Solid bike carrier
Very sturdy bike carrier. The fact that it is adjustable ro accommodate a tandem or regular bike is a very nice feature. Planning to buy another for a wedding gift for my daughter and future son-in-law.

Very Good
Went together well after I mounted the hitch mount in my receiver first and assembled from there. The large bolt in the hitch mount needed some grease and turning back and forth to wear it in a bit for easier mounting(I recommend doing this before installing in the receiver). It is important this bolt is tightened with a 24mm socket or wrench when carrying bikes(hand tight is not tight enough!). All other bolts and hardware were good fits and made the rack very solid when tightened properly. The large tilting bolt must be tightened enough to make that joint solid and I also applied a bit of grease in that joint, as well as all wheel tray bar and upright bar joints where they swivel up and down. The large tilt pin takes some getting use to when tilting the rack, as do the upright bars that swing up and down after loosening recessed bolt heads. Velcro wheel straps are included and I wrapped those around the wheel tray bases before wrapping around wheels. I recommend this rack if your wheels are 2.5” or less as fat tires will not fit in the wheel trays.

Works great
I had my doubts about this being able to hold an e-bike and non e-bike on the front of the truck but it has help up nicely

Good product. Very heavy. Slightly tough to attach to hitch.
I would give it 4.5 but giving 5 as benefit of doubt and room for improvement. It was easy to assemble (takes time if one person is doing it). Recommend assembling in garage or room with lot of space. It is very heavy and requires two people to move it. The only improvement needed is that it needs a lot of alignment to attach to the 2" hitch.

Cheap rack with an overstated weight limit - DO NOT BUY THIS RACK
Had this rack less than a month. Loaded it with two bikes both well under the 200lb weight limit and had three successful trips - one was to a state park about an hour away without any problem.Today, loaded two bikes and one of the bottom wheel brackets literally bent down and allowed the bike to drop below the hook on the vertical bar...bike was still held on to the rack with the tire straps and then flipped over and drug the ground. The wheel bracket itself didn't break and the nut was still clamped tight. It was the INSIDE of the tightening mechanism that collapsed. The bottom wheel brackets appear "sturdy" but they are actually clamped to the horizontal bottom bars with cheap plastic inserts that cause the entire wheel bracket to give out even though the nut is tight. Why in the world would you design something meant to support up to 200lbs with plastic?!All in all, a cheap design. Appears sturdy at first but the way a bike can suddenly drop sitting in the rack and flip over (or literally off) makes the top clamp useless. What a crappy design...regret the purchase, and now my new bike needs a few repairs after dragging behind my truck. Thank goodness I wasn't flying down the interstate with my bike coming off the rack.Don't waste your money...treat your bike like the investment it is and get a rack that won't break under normal use.

Very Stable
We put it on the back of our 5th wheel to haul 2 bikes. Has worked really well.

Good rack for the price
This rack for the price is a stellar deal. I only have one bike so I have it set for just one bike but it is well made and should be excellent for what it is made for. The one problem that I have is with the 1" hitch receptor. It is a little sloppy and allows the bike to sway a little too much for me. Adjustment is easy and the assembly was straight forward. For the money it is a good bike rack and should suffice for a casual rider.
