The cards are a thin durable plastic. I appreciate the fabric band that comes with this deck to hold the cards together. The plastic bag that comes with it is cheap and not worth keeping; it makes for wasted packaging. The illustrations and directions are helpful. The difficulty level of each exercise is clearly marked on the front of each card. I don’t like the cluttered design due to over labeling of the brand name on both the front & back of each card. However, I really enjoy doing these exercises!

My only issue is that they didn’t come wrapped and were out of order. I felt like maybe they were returned. So I took one star away

Belle qualité des cartes en plastiques. Je crois qu’ils ont amélioré le set, il y a un anneau qui les tien ensemble et elles sont rangées dans un boîtier de plastique. Idéal pour des entraînements en voyage.

Actually, yess these are nice card for training. Very good quality and durable. But the exercice …. Especially for the booty card, lot of them looks the same with a small difference….Although, i do like the routine that they propose. Guess it can help people who dont know how to start.Also, you absolutely need to have a resistance band. There is no exercice without.So, theses cards not worth the 35$.
