Wie zu erwarten ein wirklich schön geschriebenes Buch von Elif Shafak. Wer sich für Istanbul und die Architektur dort begeistern kann, kommt wirklich auf seine Kosten. Es zieht sich ein bisschen, aber das gehört dazu.

Very well written book nicely connecting the dots of Ottoman and Turkish history. She has a nice writing style that somehow makes the story livelier and I enjoyed reading it over a couple of weeks

Fascinating and a page turner just like her other books, you get to feel how life was back in the days

I still haven't read the book. Delivery was fast as usual and also they sent me sample of the book for my kindle. So I can start reading it until the book arrives. I am very pleased with the service.
