Looks great, works great. I have been using this as I go for the last few weeks.For the first time in 20 years I can stand tall in the shower and be under the water. How refreshing. The customer service is just as good as my impression of this product. Quick responses, do what they say, and eager to help. I wish all companies could be this way.Longer version.I have an original clawfoot tub that has the faucet holes with narrow (3 3/8") spacing. I have been trying for years to find an affordably priced faucet/shower assembly to replace my long failed fixture. The problem is, fixtures with the narrow spacing are much less common while being extremely expensive. And the variety seemed to be mostly faucet/hand shower with some faucet/shower fixtures, but never all three. But I kept looking.One day recently I stumbled upon this seller's (gotonovo) offerings and thought their faucet/shower/hand shower combined was really nice, as was their pricing. Very reasonable. So as I'm looking at their offerings hoping to find something that would work for my situation, some adapters bwere recommended that could adapt these fixtures to my tub (And newer tubs to older style fixtures). Could it be, that I could finally replace my broken fixture? As I study the offerings by this seller, and others I decided on this fixture based on price, looks, perceived quality/ratings, the lifetime warranty, and the offer of supplying the shower extension and shower mount extensions free of charge (Not necessarily in that order). In the ad it states that they will provide the extensions without charge, but that you need to measure first and request them. So I knew before buying that it would be at least a couple of weeks before I could complete my project. I decided the delay would be worth it and placed my order.A few days later my package arrived. All the peices were packed nicely in fitted foam inside a nice sturdy box, much like a fitted camera case. I thought this loks promising as I unpacked the box. The pieces were all there, they all looked good and fit together well. They had a nice finish and they felt solid and sturdy. The valves turned smoothly. When the weekend came I measured for the additional parts and emailed the seller through Amazon's "contact seller" requesting the parts. They responded the same day, verified the parts and dimensions I needed, then regretfully informed me due to the impacts of coronavirus there would be a delay in shipping and delivery time of about 3 to 4 weeks. They offered to have me buy thru Amazon and refund my purchase price to get it quicker, then refund my purchase price. I agreed. The mount extemsions showed up a few days later, I emailed the invoice number to them and they promptly refunded. Then they verified that I had already properly extended the shower pipe before making the same offer to buy then refund the price for the shower tube extension. Again I agreed. After I received the item and checked it I submitted my invoice number they refunded my money. I now have a shower I can stand under, that doesn't leak. The shower extension I placed between the faucet and the diverter valve (Instead of above the diverter valve as suggested) so I can also use the hand shower while standing upright.Considering the price ($135), some of the comments/reviews, my overall cynism and my years of suffering with my old broken fixture, my hopes were high while my expectations were a bit lower for how this would turn out. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. My expectations for both the product and the seller were greatly exceeded. I would not hesitate buying their products again.If only more businesses were like this. I wish them long life and good health, and a long and prosperous business.

Short answer- AMAZING PRODUCT!! Everyone always admire our guest bathroom shower! It's unique and beautiful! Would recommend to everyone!!!Long answer... Buy this product!!!! We were in the process of building and I knew I wanted the guest bathroom to have some kind of shower that included a wand to make the dog baths easier! (...and eventually children when we start a family🙂) I did not like the shower head that detaches in the middle... reminded me of a sting ray🤷‍♀️ I stumbled across this beautiful, very affordable piece and loved it! I read reviews and felt good about my decision. Fast forward a few months (builders are slow during covid🤪) and this is finally getting installed just before move in! I got a text from the contractor that it was missing an extender piece... so I need to reach out to the company. I emailed the company, stressed that I'm outside of the 90 days... and was greeted with the kindest email! They wanted to see a picture of the product and from there were able to instruct how to extend the product. (No pieces missing!!!) That alone was a great experience!!... but then after a couple weeks in the new house, my husband wanted to try out the guest shower-- he switched bathrooms because he loved the shower head so much! It's amazing! Like a waterfall!!If you're not convinced yet... my last brag on this product- is finally got around to washing my golden doodle with the nozzle and it made it so much easier than filling a cup over and over. I even think she enjoyed it more! However, I noticed some water spraying out of the head-i emailed customer service and sent a video. They sent a replacement nozzle at no cost and no hassle! The price, the quality, and the customer service make this the best bathroom investment!!!

I bought this three years ago and never had any issues with it. It was very easy to install and looks great in our bathroom. We started getting leaks a few weeks ago and I reached out to customer service and let them know what was going on. They mentioned the cartridge is probably the issue. I paid a small shipping fee and they sent me all new parts. I replaced it a few days ago and it’s working like a charm, no more leaking. If you have any issues, please reach out to them and they will take care of you.

This outside shower was perfect for us. We wanted an attractive yet functional shower. We shower under the wide shower head while we can wash our dogs with the wand.After a year the center valve was leaking a little and the company sent me a replacement valve for free, I paid for shipping. It was an easy repair and worked perfectly.

I bought this shower kit over a year ago. However, our renovation on our bathroom didn't start until now. Things were going smoothly installing the shower kit on our claw foot bathtub, when suddenly we dropped a wall mount through the floorboards of the bathroom. I emailed customer support and on the same day, they replied. Through much communication, we were able to get a replacement wall mount disc for the shower.I recommend because it's a beautiful product, and simple to install. The parts seem well made and have a nice brass finish. It's sleek and has a vintage yet modern look. Just what we were looking for!
