Q: How long does it take for this battery to fully charge? Mine is still dead and I put it in a week ago.

I am the same as the others, mine came charged. I installed it several weeks ago and it works. Maybe you should check with the company for a replacement. Good luck.

I have no idea what the guarantee is, but I've had mine in for 3 years and it's still running strong.

ISO is an organization for standardized processes, etc. It alone does not dictate whether or not a product is bad or old. It simply means that it adheres to that organizations standards which were adopted in a particular year. In your case the iso9002 would be a newer battery simply because it adheres to a newer standard and you wouldn't find that on an older battery. However, with the fact that you installed this "newer" battery 6 years ago it is definite that this would be considered an old battery. To answer more directly your question of will it last.... the answer is no. It has already outlived it's shelf life. A typical battery will last 3-4 years, depending upon many varying factors. Most manufacturers do not even warranty the battery beyond 90 days.
