Hi all,I bought this product with the intention of mounting it to the bottom of my standing desk. I successfully did quite easily with the mounts that were included and have had no problem powering my PC, multiple monitors, the desk itself, and charging my gear.I only have a few notes of warning for those, but overall it has been fantastic.1. The cord on the end of this was short for my needs, I ordered a different extension cord (grounded) to connect to this cord so that I can raise my desk as hi as I want and only have the one cord coming off my desk to move.2. It is long. It is 5 ft long, luckily worked for my desk, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The title name made me think it was 4 ft long for some reason, so be careful.HUGE POSITIVE: I was hesitant this would work by mounting it upside down completely, worried some charged would slip out. The plugs are very sturdy. I really have to push hard to plug in my devices sometimes and those chargers stay in (even my apple macbook charger has stayed in and those chargers don't get the best hold.Would I recommend this product. Absolutely, it was great for what I needed and a lot cheaper than the in-desk power strip I could've bought with my desk (and has more ports, and looks a lot better).For the price, this can certainly make your life easier. That said, it was like $40 if I recall which is no insignificant amount of money, so you have to weigh not just that $40 for this, but what else you could buy with that $40 instead.Hope this was helpful :)Also don't judge my pictures, they were taken before I finished the cable management.

Perfect for my workbench. Plugs into an outlet with a generous cord. It includes a rest button. I appreciate the design, size, and durability.

I have this screwed upside down to my large butcher block computer desk and it has been solid for the year or so I have had it. The one knock on it is that it is pretty tough to plug things into it sometimes, especially if you have it located in an awkward place like I do where it is tougher to put some muscle into it. On the other hand, once plugs are seated in there, they are not coming out easily so I suppose that's a good thing.

My installation required me disassembling the unit. I have to say the strip is well built with quality components and good wire and excellent soldering. It's quite a bit better than another strip I used. The receptacles are a bit tight but that's much better than too loose. I also appreciate the bright yellow receptacles as I installed this in a low light area.

The product as advertised was perfect for my usage. However, I was surprised that it was hard to insert plugs in some receptacles. For my use, I will have plugs permanently inserted so I can live with it. However, I probably would return this if my use required frequent plug insertions and removals.

I installed this on my work bench. The spacing between outlets lets me connect many electronics including battery chargers. So far I have had no issues.
