Has anyone developed a method to adjust the height of the leverage arms to improve the range of motion? (Talking about micro adjustments)

Excellent question! I would say putting some type of metal sleeve onto the pin (both sides) would allow for the micro-increments. The inner diameter would be slightly larger than the pin and thickness of the sleeve would allow for the spacing. For instance, the sleeve being half the thickness of the pin hole distance, etc.

How much do the press arms weigh without any plates on them. Also, do you think the press arm handles are too far apart for a 5'2" female? Thanks!!!

The arms in cells weigh approximately 30 to 40 pounds and there is a Straight Bar Attachment that goes from one side to the other, so even if the other grips are a little wide, you could always use the Straight Bar, but I think you would be OK with the inside grips for your height. I'm only 5' 6" and I have one in my gym and it does not give me any trouble.

Is there a foot plate for doing rows on the low pulley?

There isn't. I've had to use the bar along the base to brace myself when doing seated rows. Now, if you get the bench with it, it will give you all the support you need to do low cable rows.
