MAHLE KL 145 Fuel Filter

Perfect fit for my Cummins Onan 3200 QD. I have only run the generator about 24 hours since the filter change, but so far… all is good.

This is a perfect replacement for a Ducati Monster 800. Removal and installation is easy.1) remove gas filler screws; remove top gas filler piece2) remove tiny allen screws on sides of neck3) remove neck; it is very tight fit, be careful4) pull filter out of bracket5) unscrew clamps and disconnect hoses from old filter (pay attention to the arrow)6) connect hoses to new filter7) place filter in bracket8) put neck back in; the gasket (black rubber piece) is tricky9) put allen screws back in10) put gas filler back in and put screws back inVoila!

It did not come with the fuel pump oring.

Works well. I change it out at 250 hour intervals. The KL-145 installed has been doing its job for 5 years now. So I am happy to replace it for the upcoming RV season.This is the OEM manufacturer for ONAN, Mercedes and BMW. Excellent filter manufacturer .

Good filter, bought it for inside tank filter on an fe501, but forgot to check to see if it would fit through the tank opening. It is now the spare generator filter, decent filter area and solid housing.

Replaced the Fuel Filter in my 2002 Ducati Monster 620. This filter works as it should and is a high quality design.
