Grand Parade Coffee, 3 Lbs Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Unroasted Green Coffee Beans, Grade 1 Specialty Arabica, Fair Trade Single Origin

My new favorite, the flavor and aroma are smooth with low acidity, it is most excellent. I roasted the coffee in a non stick pan type roaster with a moving bar set at maximum temperature. The coffee was roasted until the second crack. Watch the beans when they get close to the final roasting as they darken very quickly so you won’t burn the beans. Note: these beans roast faster than some other varieties, keep an eye on them when roasting.

These are ok and roast up reasonably well, but I was surprised how small the beans are 100 beans roasted are about 1/3 the weight of my usual commercially supplied beans.

Its okay, beans are small and flavor is not worth a second purchase with light or medium roast.
