So far I've only used the silicone band. When I opened the box I didn't see instructions to change the bands out, but I emailed the company and they responded fairly quickly with a video that showed how to do it, it was very simple! The silicone band is really nice, and the chain version feels very good quality.

I wanted to love this and this is the second band I tried. There is no way to get links out. The tool pin bends before the pin in the band will come out. I tried other tools I have to no avail. The band itself is pretty and would look good but won’t work if it can’t be sized down for me :(

The bands are nice but the jewelry type one is useless for me as I cannot adjust the size of it yaing the tool kit provided. Tha toolkit broke very quickly and it was impossible to remove a chain with it. Disappointed.

It was extremely difficult to remove the links with this tool. They do give you extra needles but they bend after each pin is removed so if you need to remove more than two, or make a mistake, you’re done. Also, as shown in the pic, the band is opaque so it doesn’t match well with the shiny rose gold of the watch. I honestly don’t recommend this band. I’ve found better options

I should have read more reviews. I had the same struggle as others, the metal band is difficult to size. The link removal tool doesn’t fit the band correctly, causing the removal pins to bend. The watch pins themselves bend when trying to reassemble the link. Would not purchase this item again

The metal band holds up well and is REALLY comfortable. It is less pink and more brassy now, but I see I bought it over 2 years ago, so I'm just buying a replacement. For this price, it wore very well and I'm happy it's still available.

Looks great, very nearly perfect match for the rose gold on the watch face and the included tools made the switch very easy. This is the one to pick - no need to keep searching.

The straps are fine, but the wrench tools that were supposed to remove the old strap from the watch are completely useless. It took a ridiculous amount of time and frustration trying to install the silicon strap using the wrench things before I realized I could just pop on the silicone strap over the pin. Also, all 3 of the pin attachments for the watch link removal tool either broke or got bent so I can’t adjust the jewelry strap one.
