Q: does this come with the phone case?

Sadly no they are separate but the case and the mount all together at check out is a little under 100 but it is worth every penny

It should fit if the triple tree has a large enough hole for the stem to fit in and tighten

Not this type , get the handlebar one … can get tightened anywhere on your handlebars . Will need to get the case to secure your phone on the mount .
