Have used the item twice and seems to work. Time will tell if its robust enough.

Have used a few chain link removers and this is the best and easiest one I have used. Easy to line up and only takes ten seconds to get the pin out. Would recommend.

This product is easy to use also comes with instruction and a handy accessory to hold the chain in place while you remove links (except I lost mine about 2 mins after I opened it) well made easy to use and small enough to carry in a bike kit but not small enough to find hard to handle

The part shown in the picture that allows you to hold the chain together while attaching a new link isn’t included so you need to use 2 people to replace a link

I bought this for my son, he had to watch the little video on the item to figure out how to use it correctly and seems happy with the product.

I had a cheap rivet tool in my Halfords bicycle tool box but it was taking a ridiculous amount of force to break my old chain that I was trying to replace and it was cutting my hands to ribbons, I managed to use it successfully years ago but it seems like I have lost some strength since, couldn't budge the rivet at all. Bought one of these and was surprised by how easily it broke the chain with a couple of twists. A good quality tool to have in your bicycle toolkit, will probably last a lifetime as well.

It is larger and more solid than the ones I have had previously, so much easier to get the necessary force onto a tough chain. It also has an adjuster on the non-handle side, so it works correctly for different chain widths. A very good product.
