Can you use this for lower back hyper extensions? Also does it work well for dumbell bench presses?

Dumbbell bench presses, yes, but the bench is shorter than gym benches..34 inches. I'm fine with it bc I'm 5'7" and I can lay on it head to butt. There's no extra bench left, but that works for me. It's perfect for me. As to low back extensions, I haven't used it for that yet (but it was part of the reason I bought it) bc I'd need to adjust my settings for how I use the bench (basically, I use it for everything except the hyper extensions so far). I feel like I wouldn't be able to hyperextend enough, like I do at the gym; I feel like my forehead might hit the bench even if it's in its lowest position. But maybe not. I would say it depends on your height because it looks like it could work. This really is a terrific bench, and I love it. I literally use it every day. When not lifting, I'm using the bench for a variety of ab exercises, laying both directions, and using the bench flat or in an incline. Hope that info helps.

Can this also be used as a decline bench press? Also is the angle adjustable?

The exercise angle is not adjustable. You can, however, unscrew the knob and old the device up for storage.

All i want to know is, does it easily fold up with the release of a pin?

Not really. The inclination and overall height are easily adjusted with the release of a pin, but if you want something that can collapse (fold up) and slide under a bed, this doesn’t do that easily. That said, I found that it’s a quality item, good value for the money. Looks good in the home-gym.

Does this fold up to store away? Also, can you do thrusts on the bench part?

Thrusts yes, but it doesn't fold up
