Good product
Having follwed Dr Bergs advice on Electrolyte intake whilst on the Keto diet (i have been on this for about 4 years now) i was feeling a little low in some areas on my health and on further investigation, understood this to me magnesium, D3 and potassium deficiency, since introducing these supplements to my daily intake, I have become a lot healthier and this proves itself, when I stop taking them. Optimum dosage for those on a keto diet is 4700mg, I take 3-4 of these daily with the rest coming from green leafy salads. The only downside of these is the whopping size..now Im not new to tablets, large or small and can easily swallow big 1200mg fish-oil capsules, but there is something about these that make then stick on the way down at times.I have to take then one at a time, wet my throat with a little liquid beforehand, then take a tab and place it lengthways on my tongue, as far back as I can, then drink more liquid and swallow fast. If you leave it in water in your mouth for even a few secs, the coating comes of and you end up with a gritty tablet in your mouth that is harder to swallow smoothly. So try to down it in one go. :-)

Really difficult to swallow
Great service from the seller, but the tablets are a nightmare to swallow. Even breaking them in two and taking with plenty of water didn't work, they got caught in my throat. In the end I crushed them and filled some empty gel capsules, but what a faff that was. I do think they're worth taking but I need to find a capsule type one. I don't normally have trouble swallowing large tablets but these just will not go down.

I really appreciate these.
They help lower my blood pressure. Take half way through my dinner. There long but have a line to half them to help make swallowing easier.

Night leg cramps are gone!
I used to get a lot of painful night leg cramps, these potasium tablets have stopped that and I no longer wake up with aching leg calves. Yes they are large tablets but certainly still very easy to swallow.

Large capsules, potassium salt is much cheaper
If you are fasting you would need to take 4 of these caplets per day to hit your required potassium intake. The caplets are huge and uncoated, so they are quite hard to swallow. Worse than say a large cod-liver oil caplet. Those are large by caplet standards, but they are smooth and squishy, whereas these are hard and gritty, like swallowing a bar of salt. They start to burn on the way down too, which is not a good sign.I ended up binning these and the other brand I tried. Instead, I have found that dissolving potassium salt (NuSalt or NoSalt on Amazon) into something like stock, which already has a high sodium content, gives me a full day's sodium and potassium in the correct balance. It's also much cheaper (by a factor of about 6). You could even make something similar to ORS (without the sugar) for water fasting. All in all, these are about the second worst supplement I've yet come across, with the bottom spot being occupied by the other brand. These do at least get points for being easier to swallow than those and having a higher potassium content. But if you're looking for an easy way to supplement your potassium, this is not a good way to go about it.

Easy to swallow
I am very pleased with these tablets. I almost did not buy them because several reviews said they were difficult or impossible to swallow. In, fact they are smaller than a multivitamin tablet I've been swallowing for several years, are actually scored, and cause me no difficulty at all in swallowing or digesting. I say this as a public service. Do not be put off by the negative reviews. I take diuretics for High Blood pressure and have a blood potassium of 3.3 mmol/L, the absolute lower limit of normal. These tablets are said to have 500 mg of available K+. Two a day is the recommended dose. I will see if two tabs a day raise my blood K+ to a higher level and give me more energy. Other tabs from other suppliers are said to have only 100 mg of available K+ per tablet, and pistachio kernals 50 mg have 400 mg K+ but cost £2.00 and have calories! I cannot verify the actual of K+ in these tablets and I am not giving medical advice. But I can say with certainty I can easily swallow them!

Seem to make a difference
It could be ‘mind over matter ‘ but I seem to have more energy whilst also sleeping better. Hopefully, this will continue and I intend to order some more in the future.
