Do these work on a regular full size door as well? My toddler keeps slamming her door and it wakes the baby.

I wouldn't recommend these for doors as they are a little too thick for this application. I bought tiny felt stickers for my doors, cabinets, and drawers and those seemed to work well.

Do the stick to concrete ?

It depends on two things: (1) Smooth or course is the surface of contact for this bumper. (2) Clean or dirty means: the presence of dirt particles on the surface that undermines the glue in the long term. Good luck.

Just wondering removing these will leave a mark on Cabinet drawers?

I don't know, but I can guess from previous experience with similar drawer/door bumpers. I used mine to replace similar stick on "dots" for glass counter protectors, but I had a similar product on my cabinets, now 20 years old, and many of the dots have fallen off or been removed. There is typically a residue on the cabinet, but it can be cleaned easily with a cleaning product.
